 The Forum of Energy Ministers of Africa (FEMA) kindly inform that the Minister of Energy and Power Development of Zimbabwe Hon. Eng. Elias Mudzuri (MP) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 31st August 2009. |
